Running behind again - sorry

Finally back up-to-date, and back on to some Country music.  

A blast from the past. I remember Dog Days Are Over coming on on the radio on the way home from work one evening, and I was nodding away to it. So time to see what a full album is like.  

Another album from the joys of playing GTA V. There seems to be a couple of songs either his or him featuring whenever I'm the Franklin character.

Moving from last week's Country & Western music, onto another big genre in 60s America - Soul/Jazz music.

Another late write up, sorry. Well this is another album I've chosen to listen to thanks to playing GTA V again recently :D

We're getting well into my AOTW "project" now, already on Week 16! This week is Lauryn Hill.

This week's album was a suggestion from another one of the lads I play pool with.

This is an album I've been meaning to listen to for a few years, but only just got around to it.

Another album based on a suggestion by a forum member. Didn't have a clue what to expect - I have never heard of the guy (AFAIK) and didn't even know what genre he was/is.

Something different for Week 10 - nothing mainstream. For those who don't know, FAWM stands for February Album Writing Month ( http://fawm.org/ ). Adam is the boyfriend of a friend/ex-colleague of mine, and I've used a track of his in a video I created last year.

This weeks album comes as a suggestion from one of my best mates. After a conversation last week whilst playing pool, he suggested this album may be "suitable" for me. So here we are.

I keep hearing their song "Silver Lining" on the Renault Kajar advert, so that's what made me decide to listen to this is my Album of the Week.

Someone I've heard on the radio, and an artist the other half listens too. I thought it was time to see why people go mad for her.
